We require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure your desired date and time. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your scheduled session. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new date and time as long as you give us at least 48 hours notice. However, if you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up within 48 hours of your scheduled session, your deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.
If you need to reschedule your photo shoot, you may do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to the new reschedule date. If you do not reschedule within 48 hours, you will be charged full rate of your session. Rescheduling must be made within 14 days of the original booking date or the booking will be canceled. No refunds will be offered. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our clients, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our rescheduling policies. Dynasty Photography understands that sometimes plans can change unexpectedly. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows result in lost time and revenue for our business, as well as disappointment for other clients who may have missed out on a booking.
So to ensure that we can continue providing quality service to all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot, or if you fail to show up for your appointment, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
- Shoots canceled 72 hrs or more prior to the scheduled shoot will not incur any charges.
